Bayer Launches "Seeding for Green" Program

Beijing.  Let the future grow: Bayer China recently announced the launch of its "Seeding for Green" program to expand its sustainable development activities and foster a young generation of green forces in the country. The initiative follows a call issued by the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection which aimed to raise awareness environmental and encourage more people to take action to reduce pollution in China.

Michael Koenig, President of Bayer Group Greater China said: "Today, our earth is in urgent need of a motivated young generation with a strong drive to act. That is why we have made environmental education for children and young people a priority. We hope that this new program will take deep roots in all corners of society and can contribute to greater involvement on the part of China’s citizens."
